We provide complimentary shipping on orders exceeding C$69 within Ontario and C$89 for the rest of Canada.
We offer local delivery in select regions within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). For detailed information, please contact our customer service team. Local delivery is free for orders over C$49; a delivery fee of C$10 applies to orders below this amount.
We also provide a free pickup option for customers at our location in the Markham/North York region. Please contact our customer service team to arrange a convenient pickup time.
Returns & Exchanges
At Jolly-Tales, your satisfaction is our top priority. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a simple returns and exchanges policy for unopened and unused books or items in resale condition within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return or exchange, just contact us. Please note that some items may be subject to a restocking fee, and return shipping costs are not covered.
